The new-generation RG630 OGI handheld camera is equipped with a custom band-pass filter and a high-resolution, high-sensitivity uncooled VOx infrared detector. Powered by infrared gas thermal imaging technology and AI algorithms, the camera provides non-contact visual leak detection and alarm functions for dozens of gases, including Methane (CH₄), Freon, Ammonia (NH₃) and Sulphur Hexafluoride (SF₆), while also covering everyday temperature measurement requirements. This device is an ideal solution for gas safety, emissions management and equipment maintenance in industries such as oil and gas, natural gas, chemical processing, power generation, environmental protection and emergency response.
The RG630 camera is available in two specialised versions: the RG630C and the RG630F. The main difference between these portable gas detection cameras lies in their spectral range and the family of detectable gases:
