Fixed Gas Detection Cameras
TE series
TE464G1
The TE464G1 is a high-performance dual-spectrum gas cloud imaging camera featuring an advanced uncooled infrared detector with a thermal sensitivity of less than 20 mK. It holds dual explosion-proof certifications and is housed in a stainless-steel enclosure with an IP68 ingress protection rating. The device supports multiple protocols, including Modbus TCP, ONVIF and GB28181, and allows for secondary development. It can detect Methane (CH₄), Sulphur Dioxide (SO₂), Freon (R-134a, R-152a) and other gases, making it highly suitable for industries such as oil extraction and coal processing.

Advanced Solutions for Continuous Emissions and Leak Monitoring
The implementation of fixed gas detection cameras represents a major step forward in industrial safety and operational efficiency. Unlike traditional point sensors, which require the gas to come into physical contact with the device, our Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) systems enable real-time visualisation of otherwise invisible gas clouds, providing continuous monitoring of large areas without interruption.
Advantages of Fixed Infrared Gas Detection
The Ibertronix TE Series fixed gas detection cameras are designed to be integrated into critical infrastructures where there is no room for error. By choosing our stationary camera systems, your facility benefits from:
- Early and Remote Detection: Pinpoint the exact source of methane or refrigerant gas leaks before they become an environmental or explosion hazard.
- Reduced Operating Costs: Minimise product losses and automate inspections that would otherwise require technical personnel to enter hazardous areas.
- Regulatory Compliance: Facilitate compliance with environmental emissions reduction regulations (LDAR) and workplace safety standards.
- Control System Integration: Thanks to compatibility with Modbus TCP and ONVIF protocols, our cameras can be integrated directly into your control centre (SCADA) infrastructure.
Applications in Demanding Environments
Our ATEX-certified fixed gas detection cameras with IP68 protection are the ideal solution for:
- Oil & Gas Industry: Monitoring of storage tanks, wellheads and loading terminals.
- Chemical and Petrochemical Plants: Supervision of processes involving volatile compounds.
- Waste Management and Biogas Facilities: Monitoring fugitive emissions in digesters and treatment plants.
- Power Generation: Surveillance of critical infrastructure to prevent unplanned shutdowns.
Optimise the safety of your assets with the most precise infrared technology on the market. At Ibertronix, we provide personalised technical advice to configure the detection system that best suits the specific requirements of your installation.
