Plaster plates manufacture

In the manufacture of plasterboard it is very important to have controlled the temperature of the plates in order to detect any anomaly in the plasterboards manufactured.

The system uses a PYROLINE system based on the linear thermographic cameras of our brand represented by DIAS INFRARED that allow to take readings when the plasterboard passes in front of the thermal imager.

In this way we get a thermal map of the surface of the gypsum board and also and thanks to the software specially developed for this application you can determine if the drying oven is working correctly since it allows to visualize the temperature profile of all the floors inside the oven.
