Cement manufacture

In the manufacture of cement it is very important to have the maximum control of the state of the rotary kiln and the material that is being manufactured inside it. For this it is very important to have information both from the outside and inside the rotary kiln.

To obtain an external control of the furnace temperature, we have KMS systems (Kiln monitoring system) that offer a temperature map of the outside of the rotary furnace.

Thanks to the different resolutions of the thermographic cameras, as well as the different optics, we can adjust to the needs of each oven and the final positioning of the cameras.

In this way we will obtain a thermal map of the temperatures outside the oven and, thanks to its 3D visualization system, we can see the state of the refractory throughout the whole oven.

Just as it is important to obtain the information from the outside of the furnace, it is also very important to be able to visualize and control the state of the process inside, in this way we will obtain total control of the operation of the furnace, maximizing the yield in the manufacture of cement.

In order to visualize the interior we work with the German manufacturer Sobota Gmbh, offering a complete solution to our customers, with different types of probes and with the possibility of installing vision systems, both air-cooled and water-cooled.

Also, in combination with the thermal imagers of our brand, DIAS Infrared and CMV, we can obtain thermographs inside the rotary kilns.
