Portable HIKMICRO Thermal Cameras

At Ibertronix, we select the most robust technology for demanding environments. That is why we include HIKMICRO solutions in our portfolio, specifically designed to operate safely in explosive atmospheres. These devices combine thermal imaging accuracy with the protection required for hazardous areas.

Intrinsic Safety and High Thermal Sensitivity

The portable HIKMICRO solutions we offer are designed for predictive maintenance in industries where safety is non-negotiable. Thanks to their advanced technology, these thermal cameras enable:

  • Real-Time Anomaly Detection: Identify hot spots before they become a critical risk.
  • International Certifications: Equipment certified according to ATEX and IECEx standards for areas with ignition hazards.
  • Superior Image Quality: High-resolution sensors that ensure accurate measurements even in complex industrial environments.
  • Data Management: Dedicated software for trend analysis and preventive maintenance reporting.
  • Prevent incidents and optimise your processes with the reliability of HIKMICRO technology and the expert technical support of Ibertronix.

BX20

The BX20 is a compact intrinsically safe thermal camera for hazardous areas, certified to ATEX and IECEx standards.

The BX20 holds both ATEX and IECEx certifications. In addition, HIKMICRO is an audited manufacturer of equipment for hazardous areas and holds the ATEX Quality Assurance Notification (QAN) and the IECEx Quality Assessment Report (QAR). It features a high-resolution VOx detector (256 × 192, 49,152 pixels) with high sensitivity (NETD < 40 mK), together with HIKMICRO’s SuperIR image enhancement algorithms to deliver exceptionally clear thermal images.

Thanks to HIKMICRO’s SuperIR image enhancement technology, the resolution of captured thermal images is increased to 320 × 240 (76,800 pixels). (SuperIR applies only to captured thermal images.) The fast 25 Hz frame rate provides smooth video when moving or viewing moving targets.

The BX20 enables full-screen radiometric image capture and automatically tracks maximum, minimum and centre temperature points, allowing temperature anomalies to be identified at a glance. It accurately measures temperatures from -20°C to 550°C, with an accuracy of up to ±2°C or ±2% of the reading.
