Hikmicro acoustic cameras for leak detection

The AI76 acoustic imaging cameras allow gas leaks and partial loads to be detected efficiently and correctly. Its 136 low-noise MEMS type microphones located on its measurement surface allow it to capture noises located in a perception range between 0kHz and 96 kHz, and therefore detect pressurized air leaks in any type of environment. The parameters that characterize the nature of said leak are displayed on the LCD touch screen 4.3" from the device, allowing you to find the problem you want to solve. Additionally, the AI76 camera comes with a module to calculate the leak cost per minute in real time of the leak being analyzed, and 8 different acoustic palettes to be able to visualize the level of the analyzes in a different way.

The device allows visual captures to be taken with all the information retained in the measured parameters, with the possibility for the operator to add voice or text notes to complement the information retained in the capture. To extract these captures, simply connect the device to a computer, or remove the SIM card that comes with the device and connect it to the computer, in order to take all the images and videos you want.

These files can be analyzed in the HIKMICRO Analyzer Acoustic software, which analyzes the decibel level in a specific image pixel by pixel. Simultaneously, it also allows the application of analytical rules such as the average decibel level on a previously defined surface, the maximum decibel level on said surface, the minimum decibel level... In addition, it allows you to easily export PDF reports with all the parameters and photos that are required.

As for maintenance actions, the operators in question will have the ability to characterize the leak in the analyzed region in a simple and very accessible way, thanks to the lightweight and portable design of the HIKMICRO AI76 camera. These cameras can be used in any type of environment, and can be fixed where it is most necessary to be able to take as many measurements as required.

Like all HIKMICRO models, it includes analysis software and Wi-Fi connection.

This arrangement of microphones works with the Analyzer Acoustic software, which exploits the capabilities of these acoustic cameras to detect gas and compressed air leaks, allowing you to analyze and create reports with images obtained from the inspection carried out. The ability to export these reports gives the opportunity to analyze the data obtained in detail, which is necessary to determine the size of the leak, its energy cost or the classification of the partial discharge.
